Free complaint portal and conciliation for wage, overtime, end-of-service and unfair-dismissal disputes. Worker labour suits are court-fee-exempt under Royal Decree 53/2023, so even if conciliation fails the courts are free.

Oman Labour Law (Royal Decree 53/2023)

File free on the Ministry portal or call 80077000; conciliation runs up to 30 days before the case moves to the Labour Court. Bring your contract, civil ID and pay records. Claims have a one-year limitation from the end of employment.
