It's a tool to help you communicate — not legal advice for your specific case. We're not your attorney, and a letter isn't a substitute for one when your situation needs real representation.

What we promise

Life happens. Sometimes the details of your situation shift right after you generate your letter, or you realize you need a different angle. Tell us, and we'll either adjust the letter and send you the updated version for free, or refund your full $19. Your choice. We're here to help you get the right result.

This covers edits or alterations based on changing circumstances. It doesn't cover how the other party responds, whether you win your case, or whether the law happens to favor your situation — those parts aren't ours to promise.

How to claim it

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a quick note about what looks wrong. You don't need to write it up formally — just tell us what you noticed. We read every message and will get back to you.
