Files and mediates labour complaints (unpaid wages, end-of-service, arbitrary dismissal) and issues binding decisions on disputes up to AED 50,000 under FDL 33/2021. Workers in claims below AED 100,000 are court-fee-exempt.

UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law 33/2021)

File free via the MOHRE app, website or 80084; MOHRE issues a binding decision on disputes up to AED 50,000. Have your labour card, Emirates ID and contract ready.
