With ~60% union density, most employment disputes are handled free by your union, up to representation at the Labour Court (Arbejdsretten). The Working Environment Authority (Arbejdstilsynet) enforces safety.

Danish collective-bargaining model and the Salaried Employees Act (Funktionærloven)

Contact your union first — members get free help and representation. Report unsafe conditions to Arbejdstilsynet (at.dk); if not a union member, Retshjælpen offers free legal aid.
